What We Collect

When you sign in and use a BlackHillBarzz course, we collect:

• Your Google account email, used solely to identify your account and verify purchase access. We do not receive your Google password or any other Google account data.
• Personalization details you enter: gender, age, weight, height, and your self-reported experience level. These are optional where marked, and used only to calculate your training program.
• Training progress: which days you've completed, your session feedback (too hard / just right / too easy), and your current streak.

We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor with its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card information.

How We Use It

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate and personalize your training program
• Track your progress across the course so it's accurate whichever device you sign in from
• Verify that your account has purchased access to the course

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not run ads within our courses.

Where It's Stored

Your data is stored using Google Firebase, a cloud database service operated by Google. Firebase acts as our data processor and maintains its own security and compliance standards. Access to your specific data is restricted so that only your signed-in account can read or write your own profile and progress — no other customer can see your data, and you cannot see anyone else's.

Your Rights

If you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data (most fields can be edited yourself via "Redo my profile" inside the course)
• Delete your data entirely
• Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use and requesting deletion

Terms of Use

By creating an account and using a BlackHillBarzz course, you agree to the following terms.

Account Access

Access to each course is tied to your individual Google account and is granted only after purchase. Sharing your account or access with others who have not purchased the course is not permitted.

No Guarantee of Results

Physical training outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your consistency, existing fitness level, technique, and recovery. We do not guarantee you will achieve any specific skill (such as a freestanding handstand or a muscle-up) within any specific timeframe.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

This course is not medical advice. The exercises, programs, and recommendations provided are for general fitness informational purposes only.

• Consult a physician before beginning this or any new exercise program, particularly if you have any pre-existing injury, medical condition, or concern.
• You are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits and stopping immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort beyond normal training fatigue.
• Calisthenics skills covered in this course (including handstands, muscle-ups, and inverted holds) carry an inherent risk of injury if attempted without adequate preparation, supervision, or appropriate surfaces/equipment.
• BlackHillBarzz and its instructors are not liable for any injury sustained while following this program. You participate at your own risk.
